Develop, implement, and optimize advertising strategies on Meta and Google Ads to achieve business objectives.
● Conduct thorough keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.
● Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
● A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
● Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure Perform remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
● Proactively recommend and implement new features and opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and data analysts, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
● Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
● Set, track, and achieve monthly revenue targets through effective campaign management and optimization.
● Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
● 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a successful track record of driving measurable results.
● In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
