Performance Marketing Manager
About the role
Develop, implement, and optimize advertising strategies on Meta and Google Ads to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure Perform remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Proactively recommend and implement new features and opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and data analysts, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Set, track, and achieve monthly revenue targets through effective campaign management and optimization.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a successful track record of driving measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
