Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Develop, implement, and optimize advertising strategies on Meta and Google Ads to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
  • A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure Perform remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Proactively recommend and implement new features and opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and data analysts, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Set, track, and achieve monthly revenue targets through effective campaign management and optimization.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a successful track record of driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
