The Application Support Specialist works closely with the lines of business users (including overseas offices) to support day to day operations of the Salesforce CRM & Marketing software (SFDC & SFMC).

Job Responsibilities

•Logging, resolving, and tracking Salesforce user (L1-1.5) problems and providing day to day technical support including the generation of standard reports.
• Managing user access and permissions through User setup, Roles and Role Hierarchy.
• Assist with data requests which includes the ability to run queries, cleanse data, extract and support users with data issues.
• Assisting with configuration of SFDC & SFMC from time to time. These will be treated as minor enhancements and some examples could be set up of contract templates, redefinition of page layout and creating new approvals and workflow processes.
• Working with outsourced consultants to develop new features such as validation rules, custom objects, and other major enhancements.
• Provide user onboarding, reporting and dashboard training and as needed assist users with usage and interpretation of reports and dashboards.
• Stay current of new Salesforce features and functionalities and provide recommendations for process improvements and communicating future changes.


• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent of technical experience

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Salesforce administration.

• Knowledge of events industry will be preferred.

• Salesforce development experience & certifications (SFDC and/or SFMC) will be an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply & remuneration package commensurate with experience.
