We are seeking a driven and experienced sourcing and production lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, and quality control. You will play a critical role in the success of our production process and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities
● Manage new and existing suppliers.
● Working with suppliers/factory on a daily basis.
● Ensure compliance with company standards.
● Work collaboratively with other departments, including design, production, and quality control.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree from a footwear institute like FDDI.
● 2-4 years of experience in supplier management in the footwear industry.
● Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, negotiation tactics, and quality control principles.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Based out of Delhi NCR and willing to travel to Bahadurgarh every day.
