You will be assisting with the end-to-end hiring process with the main focus being on sourcing relevant candidates from various platforms, screening profiles, and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Job Responsibilities
• You would need to understand the ongoing hiring needs of the business and establish the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for various roles.
• You will be responsible for identifying and using various sourcing techniques to create a candidate pipeline with the relevant skill set required.
• You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day sourcing operations and coordination activities.
• You will be assisting with driving the HR practices of the company.
Requirements
• Minimum experience in pure sourcing: 2 – 5 years
• Prior experience in sourcing / hiring for customer service roles is a must have
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in recruitment & sourcing portals
• Good planning and execution skills
• Good coordination skills
