Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the city to drive our water management and saving fixtures.

Job Responsibilities

● Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed targets.
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the city.
● Collaborate with marketing to create city-specific campaigns and promotions.
● Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

● Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a similar leadership role. 
● Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
● Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Deep understanding of the Bengaluru market and its dynamics.
● Experience in the sustainability space or related domains will be a significant advantage.
