Data Manager

Responsibilities:

● Help create a leading Data Program to support our vision.
● Manage, lead, and develop a High-Performance Team, including day-to-day assignments, bi-weekly milestone planning, 1-1s, quarterly objectives, and annual reviews.
● Manage operational components of the Data Platform to ensure updated data are available.
● Work with all divisions to continually grow value of our Data Platform.

Responsibilities:

● Own employee experience, participate in and/or lead projects focused on continuous improvement on work environment.
● Develop and implement effective people practices & policies that will complement our way of working and support the strategic growth of a business.
● Lead core people processes across functions (onboarding, performance process, compensation cycle, promotions, learning and development, retention, and exits).

Responsibilities:

● Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
● Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
● Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
● Build quality assurance and data protection processes.

Responsibilities:

● Analyze customer data to segment the audience effectively, tailoring retention efforts for different customer groups.
● Collaborate with the performance marketing team to plan and execute retention campaigns.
● Work closely with the creative team to provide input on creatives that align with the brand message.
