● Build sales tools and materials to execute a successful pitch such as sales decks, contract documents, scope of work documents, product roadmap visuals etc.
● Coordinate with internal model building teams to build demos, and track and ensure progress of HIL customers.
● Create and maintain internal processes ensure quick qualification of leads.

Responsibilities:

● Develop strategies to identify talent; scale recruitment and hiring process for all employees, from collaborating with managers on crafting job descriptions to extending job offers.
● Manage and conduct general organizational onboarding and orientation for new employees globally in collaboration with the leadership team.
● Manage and conduct offboarding of staff, including exit interviews; analyze data and make recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement.

React Developer

Responsibilities:

● Implement application components.
● Work with the user interface, technology integration.
● Participate in code review sessions.
● Contribute to the application architecture design.

Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with other designers and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work.
●Design high-impact, functional responsive interfaces for web and mobile.
● Manage and contribute to Kaizen Design System.
