Scaling revenue on marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Flipkart and Amazon.
● You would be responsible for managing listing associates to ensure that all our new arrivals get listed on our live marketplaces in timely and structures manner.
● You would be required to understand and process analytics of these platforms to make the required changes for optimisation.
● Create and Manage ad campaigns on these marketplace to run one time and ongoing events.
● While you’ll be working closely on day to day activities, your one eye will be on long term growth on these channels and develop Salty as a preferred brand for them.
● You must have 3-5 years of experience in managing Marketplaces, preferably Myntra or Nykaa for a D2C brand.
● You should have helped a fashion brand scale on these marketplaces.
● This is a work-from-office role – You should be willing to travel to Okhla, Delhi.
● The person should understand the nuances of how these marketplaces work and figure out how we can leverage those nuances to improve our scale.
● Ability to drive data-backed business decisions for revenue growth.

● Experience of working in unstructured environments and entrepreneurial in nature.
● Action-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem.
