As a Software Engineer 2, you will be undertaking a bunch of cool responsibilities. This will include hosting pair coding sessions, review new features, pushing final code to production and so on.

Job Responsibilities

● Develop and execute feature strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.

● Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to identify content opportunities and optimize content performance.

● Perform keyword research to identify relevant topics and optimize content for SEO.

● Create engaging and high-quality written content for various channels, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email newsletters, and more.

● Support the development and management of editorial calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.

● Assist in managing and growing our social media presence by curating and scheduling relevant content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media analytics.

● Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.

● Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using various tools and platforms, providing regular reports and insights to optimize content strategy.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content marketing strategies


● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.

● 3-5 years of relevant work experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

● Proficiency in content creation and management across various digital platforms, including blog platforms, social media channels, and content management systems (CMS).

● Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research and optimization.

● Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).

● Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed content decisions.

● A self-starter with a creative mindset, who takes initiative and demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt.
