Conceptualize content ideas that resonate with the brand’s communication and ideology.
Job Responsibilities
● Create and execute social media content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
● Create video content i.e., reels for social media and performance ads.
● Study and execute emerging social media trends to build following and engagement.
● Own the following metrics – Instagram follower growth, engagement i.e., likes, views, & shares, and deliver on the aligned targets.
● Strategize and execute campaigns with relevant influencers to amplify brand awareness.
● Create mood boards and execute photo and video shoots with freelance photographers/videographers for digital assets.
● Implement tools to track and analyze social media performance to understand what is working / not working.
● Lead collaboration and execution of offline pop-up events in places like Flea Markets, Co-Working Spaces, etc.
Requirements
● 1-3 years of work experience handling social media and content creation.
● Previous experience working with a consumer brand/agency is a big plus.
● Ability to think creatively and act fast.
● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
● Possesses communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
● Has an understanding of software for pictures and videos.
● Has comfort in creating content on the phone.
